Jay Osborne
Jay holds a BA Honors degree in composition, songwriting, and performance from The University of Chichester, United Kingdom.

Contemporary Guitar Teacher
For over 15 years, Jay has been lucky enough to pass on his knowledge and experience as a professional guitarist to many exceptional students. His main aim is to maintain patience and variety and ensure each student is comfortable throughout all lessons. Jay always makes sure the students are learning material at a pace that is enjoyable for them. Collaborating with the students is a vital part of his teachings, from making sure they are comfortable with the instrument itself to what specific style and genres they prefer to learn and work with. Jay also likes to take time to work on the theoretical side of music, whether this be music score work or guitar tablature, helping the student to become better and more confident working independently so they can keep moving forward throughout future lessons. Alongside learning how to play the instrument itself, he also finds it essential to show and teach the students how and why the guitar works and how they can maximize the use of the instrument. Every student is different, and Jay loves to cater to how they want to learn and will always make sure they work together to get the most out of the lesson time and help them become the musicians they want to become.
