Bio Robert Boer
​
Robert Boer was born in Germany and grew up in The Netherlands. He began learning piano at the age of 6 and euphonium at 7. Robert holds a Bachelor's Degree in Music Teaching from the Conservatory of Music in Groningen and a Master's Degree in Music Performance from the Conservatory of Music in Amsterdam. He has worked as a professional musician, conductor, and music educator around the world for the past 30 years. Before devoting his life entirely to music education, Robert worked as a professional musician with some of The Netherlands's finest symphony orchestras and jazz bands. His career as a music teacher brought him to different countries around Europe and Asia, where he developed and practiced his passion for teaching music.
In 2019, Robert founded MusicTutorOnline to support music learning across the globe and provide quality music education to people of all ages and backgrounds. MTO has grown tremendously and has a dedicated team of passionate music professionals teaching different instruments and music subjects to students around the world.
